If you want to enjoy the X-Men films, ignore X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Not only does it contradict the rest of the franchise in a variety of ways it’s also useless and fairly dull compared to the others.
You may have also noticed the name Franklin Richards. If you are wondering if he’s related to the Fantastic Four, the short answer is yes. He is the son of Reed and Sue Richards. His powers made him warp reality, such that, any desire he possessed would come to life. The Fantastic Four was another series of films created by Marvel and produced by Fox. One could speculate that will to merge both film series’ together with Simon Kinberg being the writer for both franchises.
