Welcome to the MARVEL Multiverse.
It would be uncommon in this day and age if you weren’t familiar with the Marvel Universe. Marvel was founded in 1939 as Timely Comics. They acquired the name Marvel 1961 where success started to really take off for them, creating heroes like Spiderman, Iron Man and The Hulk.
Since then Marvel have branched out in creating action figures (1997), videogames (1982) and movies (1986 – although Timely comics had a Captain America film in 1944).
Recently though, we have a new series of films, for instance, our new Captain America (Chris Evans) supposed to be the same Captain America as that in 1944, but rather a remake as it were or [...]
