Microsoft has been expected to release Office for iPad for a while, but today Thursday 27th March, Satya Nadella has confirmed the speculation and has announced that Office for iPad will be live on the Apple App Store at 11am Pacific time
During Microsoft’s press briefing today, Nadella discussed the intersection of cloud and mobile from San Francisco.
To use Office for iPad, you will need to have an active subscription to Office 365 (£65 for a 1 year license for 5 users).
