EA owned mobile games developer, Gameloft, has developed a reputation for making free mobile games with impressive graphics and limitless content. Known for popular titles such as Modern Combat and Dungeon Hunter, Gameloft has now released a sequel to their most popular game, Asphalt 8. What you will immediately notice about Asphalt Xtreme is that it is very different to its predecessors in terms of the theme. Gone are the days of driving ground-hugging supercars through the city streets. Asphalt Xtreme focuses more on racing through snow-capped mountains and mud-filled boneyards in ridiculous monster trucks and beach buggies.

Apple Refuses US Order Against Encryption

Apple’s CEO Tim Cook, released an open letter to its customers explaining that the FBI and the US government were ordering them to include a security hole in the future iOS updates with the objective of preventing terrorism. According to Apple this could potentially lead to hackers finding the backdoor and compromising users’ security.

The US government’s initiative was proposed to Apple after the San Bernardino terrorism incident in December when Apple cooperated with the FBI providing them with data and information to resolve the case. Don’t set your iPhone’s date to 1970

Recently, a post on Reddit detailed a new iPhone bug that bricks any 64-bit iOS device when its date is set it January 1 1970. Since this post, many news outlets have written articles about this bug and it didn’t take long until there were “guides” that tricked users into bricking their iPhone.

iPhone 7 – What we know so far

With the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus released in September of 2015, everyone is wondering what Apple is up to this year. Many concepts of the iPhone 7 have already leaked, so here’s an overview.

Ming-Chi Kuo, analyst for KGI Securities, has issued a research note, where he announced that a couple of versions of the iPhone 7 Plus are in development, stating that several prototypes have been already released for both the standard iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus.
